Understanding of 5G NR Physical Layer Using MATLAB: Mathematical Modelling to Simulations explains 5GNR concepts using live examples of link and system level simulations. The book addresses, for example, how to generate reference signals, how to estimate the channel, and how to detect each signal from generation and detection. With this book, the reader will learn how to: Generate CSI-RS, DMRS, PTRS, TRS, Estimate channels from reference signals, Carry out link adaptation, Implement a MIMO receiver or detector, Generate the channel model for evaluation, Generate the downlink control channel, and Generate the uplink control channel.…mehr

SaiRamesh Nammi¿s Career-spans more than 21 years covering simulations (both link and system level) and algorithm development in various wireless technologies such as 5G NR, LTE/LTE-A, HSPA+, 1x Advance, EV-DO, GSM/GPRS. He has attended 3GPP standardization bodies as primary RAN1 delegate and supported simulations for RAN1, RAN4, and RAN plenary meetings. Around 400 approved or pending USA patents and around 1100 patents worldwide, several of which apply to 3GPP NR/LTE/HSPA+, contributing to a multi-billion-dollar licensing business for Ericsson and AT&T.
