Gashaye Melaku Tefera is graduated with MSW: Social Work from Addis Ababa University, BA: Sociology from University of Gondar, Diploma Theology: Holy Trinity Theological College. He worked as a Lecturer in universities, and various positions in non-governmental organizations in Ethiopia. He is also a Song Writer and Poet focusing on love and peace.
