The aim of this study was to understand professional choice using the Focusing technique with adolescents from the first to the third year of secondary school. It was concluded that adolescence is a period of many bio-psycho-social changes; it is the beginning of the maturation of their personality and their contact with the world. At the start of the third year of secondary school, parents begin to make demands on the teenager's career choice, whether it's the dream of doing the course, but not being able to afford it, or even continuing the family legacy. This can be a very difficult time for teenagers, as they are making a choice and giving up other opportunities they might otherwise have. For a better understanding of this study, we used concepts proposed by Genlin in relation to Focusing, which is a tool that makes it easier to get in touch with the individual's inner issues.
