Chapter one consists of introduction to the methods employed in this research (book). Chapter three is an embodiment of the historical background and evolution of the Ghana Health Service / Sector. Write-ups on the background of both Ridge Hospital and Nyaho Clinic (Hospital) have been embedded in this chapter. Chapter four describes the methods used in the data gathering and sources of information to the study. In chapter five, the data gathered and analysed have been presented. The hypothesis and objectives set were tested against the results found in the study. Chapter six also presents the summary of findings, recommendations and conclusions of the entire study.

Augustine Adomah-Afari, is currently, a lecturer in Health Policy, Planning & Management, School of Public Health, University of Ghana. He received both MA and PhD from the Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University-UK. He had also graduated from University of Ghana with both BSc. Administration and MBA.
