Logically thinking, God would NOT instill "fear" as we understand fear in English. Fear in the original Greek Biblical text for that verse is ( φοβέω). Meaning; To be in awe of, that is, revere. This will give you some idea from the original language translation from Greek to Latin, then to the English King James. Literal translation gives very little to understanding scriptures from a spiritual awareness of living. If God were to instill fear, would not freewill be dead? Example #2; Luke 3:6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. Who teaches the understanding in that verse? MJI
