Achille Emmanuel Nob es autor de numerosos libros de economía y profesor de economía y gestión contable en las Grandes Escuelas de Comercio de Estrasburgo (Francia). Es doctor en economía aplicada y especialista en gestión del transporte aéreo. Fue ejecutivo del Ministerio de Administración Territorial en Yaundé (Camerún).
