Tom Maletic has been active in the HOA industry for the last ten years. He has lived in homeowner associations and served as a condominium board member, a board President, and a licensed portfolio community association manager for dozens of communities. He also served as Vice President of Property Management for a management company with over 300 associations and 50 community managers. Tom developed training programs for HOA board members and has written dozens of articles on the key elements and best practices of community association management.
