Delia Georgeta Bekesi é professora na Faculdade de Ciências Sociais-Humanistas, Universidade de Oradea. É doutorada em sociologia pela Universidade de Bucareste (2011). Entre os seus recentes domínios de investigação, podemos mencionar: mercado de trabalho, desenvolvimento sustentável, gestão de recursos humanos, microeconomia e remuneração do pessoal.
