Stuart Laycock has a degree from Cambridge University. He has worked in advertising, marketing and TV. Stuart has authored or co-authored a number of history books in the UK, including All the Countries We've ever Invaded and the Few we Never Got Round To and Unexpected Britain.Philip Laycock has a degree in History from St Andrews University, where he was also Captain of the Shinty team. He has been a history teacher in Essex for more almost thirty years, and is currently Head of Humanities at a school in Colchester. He is also an experienced climber whose achievements include climbing the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.
