Whilst most of the books in the 'Unf*ck Your Mindset Series' look are different aspects of our lives we want to improve in, such as stress, procrastination and perfectionism, to name but a few, I am certainly not going to give anyone parenting advice in this book. I'm not going down that world of f*cking hurt! It is simply meant to be a simple, fun read. The book explores all the major experiences of parenting, from having grand expectations of being the perfect parent to dealing with no sleep while you are constantly covered in an assortment of baby's bodily fluids, attending mind-numbing musical concerts, and the story of a male doctor cupping the jewels as he painstakingly explains the process of getting the snip! Nothing is left off the table as we take on the greatest challenge in life - that of parenting!
