The findings call for a closer review, scrutiny and screening of the apparently "good grades" candidates applying for admission into institutions of higher learning present.

Victoria N. Omole is a Consultant Public Health Physician and Lecturer, teaching Community Medicine at the Kaduna State University (KASU), Kaduna, Nigeria. She also has interests in Medical Education and Bioethics, serving as the Head of the Nigerian Unit of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics (of the University of Haifa, Israel); domiciled in KASU.
