Denis Alland, Ph.D. (1991) is Professor at the Universtity Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), He has published numerous books and articles related to international law, including the Dictionnaire de la Culture Juridique (PUF, 2003, 2008). Vincent Chetail, Ph.D (2003), University Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), is Professor of International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva). Olivier de Frouville, Ph.D (2001) is Professor at the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) and a member of the French University Institute. Chair of the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances and member of the French National Human Rights Advisory Commission (C.N.C.H.). Jorge E. Viñuales is the Harold Samuel Professor of Law and Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
