In this book the author acknowledged the fact that there is proliferation of war and conflicts throughout the world, in which strong nations are being unjust to the weak ones and of which the international mediating organizations have been found wanting in proffering a lasting resolution to these conflicts and establish justice among the nations of the world. It is the above submission that informs the writing of this work titled: "United Nations' Concept of Justice and Fairness: An Islamic Reflection", in which a practicalised Islamic principles of war and conflict management void of injustice is presented with subsisting evidences derived from the administration of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his four rightly guided caliphs at the advent of Islam in Arabian Peninsula and which continued to be relevant to the contemporary world.
