Born in Lahore City and based at Islamabad City Pakistan, Hamid Rasul Musafir has done his M.Phil. in American Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad Pakistan. Being a scholar history, politics, culture, languages and literature, geography, constitutional developments and policies are his fields of interest.
