Tonya Collette Smith Tetteh was born in Biloxi, MS, and received a B.A. degree from Alcorn State University. After becoming legally blind in 2012, she returned to live in Ocean Springs, MS, with her parents. Although she is a first time author, she has written thousands of pages of science fiction. With strong computer skills and the use of technology to magnify the size of letters on her computer screen, she continues to write, determined to share her gift of story-telling with the world and to fulfill her dream of becoming a successful writer.
