Autorenporträt
Howard J. Wiarda is the Dean Rusk Professor of International Relations in the School of Public and International Affairs, University of Georgia, senior associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., and senior scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He is also a consultant on national security to the Department of Defense and adviser on research and publication. Wiarda has published widely on Latin America, foreign policy, developing nations, comparative politics, and international affairs.
