The objective of this collection is to see, based on the existing literature on employee motivation, what expectations can be had at the level of a department regarding the links that can exist between the achievement of organizational objectives on the one hand and employee motivation on the other. Indeed, it is often postulated that motivation is a determinant of success in one's work. Thus, motivation is conceived, by definition, as a precursor of work involvement and the initiation of productive behaviors. In our case, it is a question of verifying the postulate, almost explicit in a certain number of writings, according to which the employees who are most motivated by the intrinsic characteristics of their work perform better and persevere. To achieve this goal, microfinance institutions can facilitate the remuneration of teachers in a way that makes financial services accessible to as many poor people as possible, and must be as competitive as possible and almost financially sustainable.Paying teachers in universities should be a priority for sustainable development.
