The teacher is a light, a value, a capital and an occurrence for his society. He has responsibilities towards God, society, parents, his counterparts and the learners at his disposal. He must love his training in the course of his career or professional didactics, with positive intentions to ensure the psychological, cultural, socio-economic and professional integrations of the students. This is the model framework of the new paradigm of University Pedagogy.
