Autorenporträt
Nathan Matelich grew up in Great Falls, Montana, and has spent most of his life taking advantage of the state's amazing outdoor activities - camping, boating, fly fishing, skiing, and everything in between. To advance his education, Nathan moved to the Midwest, where he achieved a degree in Biochemistry from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, after which he relocated to Chicago for the next seven years to complete an MBA in Finance and Health Care Administration. While in Chicago, Nathan met his future wife, Heidi, who, ironically, was also from Montana. Nathan has had the opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company, teach a master's-level business course, help an international electronic medical records company expand its sales and operations to the US, and become an energy efficiency specialist. He has invested in multi-family real estate since 2009. He was also able to help grow a utility cost reduction company's sales/operations footprint from one state to servicing all 50 states plus Canada. When he isn't spending time with his wife and five children, Nathan stays involved in his local community by being active at his church and attending networking events to be a resource to other small-business owners. Nathan joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2015 after realizing his true passion is real estate. Because Nathan does what he loves, he feels like he never has to "work" another day in his life. In 2022, Nathan earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He prides himself on being an expert at listing retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties and selling them faster and at a higher sales price. Nathan attributes much of his success to his faith, church community, and Catholic roots. He has learned that God is the best business partner, and the more he gives back to his community and tithes a minimum of 10%, the more his business has grown. The greatest legacy Nathan plans to leave is through teaching his kids the importance of using God's gifts to help those in need and to make your community a better place.
