Valerie Brunnberg is the founder and President of Fit, Fab & Lean(R), Inc., a global organization that empowers women to step toward their bliss through fitness while also bringing awareness & financial gains to charitable causes. Prior to the development of Fit, Fab & Lean(R), Inc., Valerie achieved great success in the direct selling/home party plan industry. She became a multi-million dollar revenue generator and quickly rose to the top 2% of her company. Along her entrepreneurial path, Valerie has discovered that life will always have its peaks and valleys. She has learned some simple steps to climb out of the valley and back up to the peaks and encourages others to take the same steps and join her at the top. Valerie's book UNSTUCK, along with her keynote, women's conference and virtual races provide women with the resources, inspiration, and advice to help them get back on course to living their B.L.I.S.S., which is her acronym for "Because Life Is So Spectacular."
