Produktbeschreibung
Daniel L. Cinelli is a master of the short story, delivering humor, tragedy, and intrigue in a few short paragraphs. Unusual Effusion gathers a hundred of his tales, ranging across time, subject matter, and genres. Here you will find stories of military exploits, adventure, erotica, and romantic comedy. Although all are fictional, many have their origins in the countless triumphs and disasters of a life rich in experience. As a writer, Cinelli typically eschews political correctness whenever it interferes with the impact or truth of a tale. As he says himself, if there is any group or cause that he has omitted and thus failed to offend, it is not intentional. These are not works for those easily influenced by social expectations. Fast-paced and hard-hitting, Cinelli's stories leave readers fascinated, emotionally moved, and sometimes titillated. Unfailing in his ability to evoke bursts of laughter and cathartic tears, Cinelli moves from emotion to emotion with each new tale while revealing the truth that modern life is so often afraid to acknowledge. What you make of that truth is up to you.
