Etta has worked a Teacher, Guidance Counselor and School District Coordinator on Desegregation and as a Psychotherapist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences. A Master of Science in Psychoanalytic Guidance and Counseling and a second Master of Science in Administrative Leadership and Supervision in Education. Etta is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Leadership and Change.
