Ralf Fücks is founder and managing director of the Center for Liberal Modernity. Rainald Manthe is sociologist and author. He was director of the program 'liberal democracy' at the Center for Liberal Modernity. His dissertation was on transnational meetings of social movements and he writes regularly on issues of democratic development.
