Based on an analysis of reality, a study is carried out through surveys among students and professors of the Personal Trainer Diploma of the University of Panama, the results of which make it possible to establish that it is necessary to design a pedagogical model different from the one currently proposed in Sports Sciences in relation to the study of injuries of the upper limb.From there, a proposal is made for a learning model of the mentioned injuries incorporating the theories of collaborative learning, active pedagogy, use of ICTs in learning, professional updating, virtual environments and programming of online courses, a model of collaborative learning with other disciplines related to sport, asynchronous, maintaining the scientific rigor but enlivened with videos, through the classroom platform in five modules and with their respective evaluation.
