This work has as its main theme the Connection and Urban Requalification through a System of Parks in the municipality of Santa Gertrudes, São Paulo, Brazil. From the concepts extracted from the study of bibliographic review, project and diagnosis of the municipality, guidelines were established for the implementation of the system and the cutout of one of the previously defined areas, as a model for the implementation of the Parks. To this end, the concepts of Urban Park, functions and uses and their relationship with urbanism were defined, as well as with the structuring of the city, urban design and public policies. The survey of the municipality generated a diagnosis of potential areas, enabling the study of mobility and feasibility of the system, connected by "Parkways". Due to the lack of quality leisure and social areas, lack of urban identity and social integration, the project aimed to connect the city as a whole, bringing back the coexistence and sense of belonging.
