El Dr. Fredrick Omondi Owino es un conferenciante de la Universidad de Ciencia y Tecnología Jaramogi Oginga Odinga (JOOUST). Tiene una licenciatura en diseño y una maestría en planificación de la Universidad de Nairobi y un doctorado en planificación de JOOUST. Actualmente, es becario de postdoctorado y Presidente del Departamento de Planificación Espacial de JOOUST.
