Mr.Sisay Debebe Kaba is Lecturer of Economics and Currently Head of Economics department at College of Business and Economics,Arbaminch University. He earned his B.A Degree in Economics from Faculty of Business and Economics (2006) at Addis Ababa University and M.A Degree in Development Studies from same University (2009).
