Collaborative waste governance in the urban contexts has been rarely explored. This book provides the first extensive fresh inputs to understand how the process of waste governance in the urban landscapes takes place. It provides a depth analysis of the dynamics of collaborative urban waste governance in Wolkite Town, Ethiopia. Thus, the book goes through identity problems, governance arrangements, and the existing waste disposal standards in an interesting manner. Thus, the book develops an alternative framework that integrates urban waste governance along with urban resilience, development, and regeneration projects. Hence, the author brought collaborative governance as a formidable leading transitory approach to transform waste into resource for urban development and sustainability programs.
