Autorenporträt
¿Sumana Bandyopadhyay is a professor at the Department of Geography of the University of Calcutta, India and specializes in regional planning and urban environmental planning. She published books and scientific peer-review articles as well as many interdisciplinarily applied work on environmental, societal and development issues. Chitta Ranjan Pathak is an Indian city and regional planner as well as research consultant. His achievements include the environment management plan for Digha Coastal Zone, West Bengal, the environmental impact assessment of Haldia Port Town, West Bengal, and the decentralized planning for rural development. Tomaz Ponce Dentinho is a professor at the University of the Azores, Portugal in the domains of regional, environmental and agricultural economics. Since 2011, he has been the editor on Regional Cooperation of the South Asia Democratic Forum and since 2017 the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal Regional Science Policy and Practice.
