El editor trabaja como profesor adjunto en el Departamento de Geografía y Geografía Aplicada de la Universidad de Bengala del Norte. Ha completado su MA y M.Phil en geografía en la Universidad Jawaharlal Nehru y su doctorado en la Universidad de Bengala del Norte. Su área de interés es la Planificación y Desarrollo Regional, la Geografía Urbana y los Sistemas de Información Geográfica.
