It falls in between the two last world empires prophesied to be holding the control of this age when changeover from one to the other is about to befall. The current 7th Empire, the one before the last, is on the verge of collapsing, for the next most subtle and final 8th Empire to come up. By all indications in Scripture, the current 7th Empire is verified to be the USA. The message to faithfully implement is in Isa. 18:2-7.
