PhD in History, Associate Professor at the Georgian National University. He completed Tbilisi State University and obtained MA degree in Political science. His dissertation was successfully defended in 2011 at Georgian Technical University. He is founder and president of the Thomas Jefferson Research Center and PhD Club of Georgia.
