He has a M. Phil Degree in Defense and Strategic Studies, from Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad. Mr. Masood is currently working in South Asian Strategic Stability Institute (SASSI) as Research Fellow. His areas of interest are Nuclear Deterrence in South Asia, Non-Proliferation issues and Terrorism.
