The study aimed to identify the usability challenges in existing E-banking and mobile banking applications in Somalia and develop an application that addresses these challenges. The study also evaluated the usability of the proposed application. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were used in this study. For qualitative analysis, a review and analysis were done. This enabled the researcher to collect information on identifying the usability challenges of E-banking and mobile banking applications in Somalia. For quantitative analysis, the researcher used questionnaires as the data gathering instrument. The target population was potential users and non-users of the E-banking and mobile banking applications
