The Information System (IS) is important in healthcare sector, especially in hospitals. In Malaysia, the implementation of IS in healthcare sector is significant to the country's improvement of healthcare quality services in most Malaysian public hospitals. HIS can also decrease errors in comparison to the manual system and increase communication among the staffs. Even though the benefits of HIS is huge, there are some issue the user facing while operating the system, one of them is low satisfaction in term of User Interface design of the system, the mismatch between user and the system might cause error. In this study using QUIS (Questionnaire of User Interface Satisfaction), the researcher measures the user satisfaction towards the system. With the total of 50 respondents answered the questionnaire, the result is some of the variable of the questionnaire show the low satisfaction towards the system capabilities. From the result, this study provides recommendation to the hospital, provide information about the satisfaction each variables in the questionnaire.
