Hence, training on how to use library and ICT for accessing information should be introduced in the syllabus of the medical field. All such efforts lead to quality research in health science and high quality patient care. We live in a very complex and often overwhelming information world. Library, education and research organization have a responsibility to do our best to help researchers succeed. Research scholars need lessons in the full range of skills, delivered in the contact of the overall ICT process, including relevant technologies and based on subject area assignments. By keeping this view in mind, researcher has developed a conceptual syllabus for training.
