Oyediran Oyebiyi est informaticien et chercheur. Il enseigne actuellement au département d'ingénierie informatique de l'école polytechnique Moshood Abiola, à Abeokuta. Il est l'auteur de nombreux documents de conférence et d'articles universitaires et s'intéresse particulièrement à la gestion des connaissances et à l'informatique sociale.
