The objective of our study was the Surveillance of adverse events related to the use of Chloroquine in combination with Azithromycin in the Structure of Management of COVID-19 of the Point G University Hospital. Our study was a prospective cross-sectional study, which took place from March 2020 to December 2020.It recorded a total of 404 hospitalized patients with a rate of 41.6% having manifested adverse effects. The adverse events in our study were minor. Very few cases of comorbidities were reported (10%).
