Juvenaldo Pastola completó su licenciatura en Ingeniería Termotécnica y realizó su maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica: Energía, Aire Acondicionado y Refrigeración, de la Universidad de Algarve, Portugal. Actualmente es docente y Coordinador del Curso de Pregrado en Ingeniería Termotécnica del Instituto Superior Politécnico de Songo, Mozambique.
