Autorenporträt
Julio Cardinal is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the University of Chapecó and has a postgraduate degree in Construction Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He currently teaches Foundations I and II and Roads and Transportation at the FAI University Center. He is also a partner in Construtora e Incorporadora Modelar Empreendimentos.
