The strengthening of globalization in recent years and the consolidation of modern problem-solving techniques stemming from the Japanese management model have shown that organizations that adhere to this philosophy are among the best companies in terms of the quality and competitiveness of their products and services compared to their competitors. Therefore, this work was carried out with the aim of understanding the impacts generated by the use of the A3 Report in problem solving and prevention based on organizations that reference the Lean Manufacturing philosophy.
