The urban infrastructure as well as the paving system, composed of asphalt services, drainage, sidewalks and signaling, act directly on the quality of life of the population, who use these services on a daily basis. Thus, this study aimed to verify and understand the perception of the user regarding the supply of services that involve the urban paving system in five peripheral neighborhoods in the municipality of Aparecida de Goiânia-GO: Vila Romana 1 and 2, Madre Germana 1 and 2, Jardim Tiradentes. For this, a questionnaire was developed, applied online and in person, so that the user evaluated by Likert Scale (with scores from 1 to 5) some of the elements that make up the paving system of these neighborhoods. The data obtained show in general that users have a perception compatible with what actually happens in the neighborhoods, in general being more expressive for neighborhoods that have no supply of services in the paving system.
