The author, Dr. Benjamin E. Ogbu is a scholar in the broadcast sequence of Mass Communication. He earned two degrees in Mass Communication and a P.hD from the Department of Mass Communication, Benue State University, Nigeria where he currently teaches.His research interests span the areas of electronic media and communication for development.
