Autorenporträt
Margaret Berry graduated from The University of Texas in 1937 and was a former dean and historian at the University of Texas at Austin. She was the recipient of the Texas Exes Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1996. In 2015, friends created a $100,000 Endowed Presidential Scholarship in honor of her parents, Lillian and Winfred Berry.When she passed away in 2017 at the age of 101, the university's main Tower was darkened in her honor.
