The author was born on 10 Feb 1982 in wad Medani-Sudan. She was graduated from University of Gezira- Faculty of Engineerig and Technology- Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology. Now she is a lecturer in National Oilseed Processing Research Institute (NOPRI) - University of Gezira-Sudan.
