At this time of changing demographics and increased immigration, the findings of this research show that few school leaders utilize immigrant students'' cultures and diversity. Rarely do these students share their knowledge with native students as part of the school curriculum. It is recommended that school leaders become more culturally responsive and explore diversity techniques from multicultural schools to communicate these rich cultures.
