His dissertation, housed in the Library of Congress, examines the impact of the CARES Act on testing and treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic.Throughout his diverse career, Dr. Schwartz has owned and operated a variety of businesses, including multiple medical clinics and a consulting firm specializing in educating physicians and practitioners on genetics and respiratory pathogens in immunology.
