Although this book is aimed particularly at those responsible for the education sector, hygiene control professionals, school headmasters, cooks, kitchen staff, storekeepers, etc., and anyone whose job it is, in one way or another, to prepare a meal for our children in their schools, the general public will certainly find something to enrich their general knowledge of food hygiene and culinary preparation. Households could also make use of the explicitly detailed instructions and apply good hygiene practices, in order to ward off any possibility of collective food poisoning during family celebrations and ceremonies. In addition, the information contained in this book may be of great use in establishing perfect catering hygiene in university halls of residence and military barracks.
