Dick Robinson has been associated with Valentia Lifeboat for more than 50 years, as a serving crewmember, a fundraiser, and as a maritime historian. He writes the "Irish Notes" section of the RNLI Lifeboat Enthusiasts Society, and was the longest-running contributor to RTE Seascapes.
