Diaz debuted as a television actress during 1995, in the program "Los Chicos Vienen Cantando" as singer in the argentinian version of Parchis, a Spanish '60s childs musical group. In 1997 she left Parchis and began to play "Delfina" in a Telefe telenovela, "Chiquititas".
